[update] Thanks for the amazing support guys! you make me feel like I have a huge internet family. :iconlovelyheartsplz: I truly appreciate all your comments, notes and well wishes. ♥ You're the best.

Thanks everyone who's been supporting us for all those years. Seven years is a lot of history, and I am very grateful for the time we had.
Even though this is a very personal thing and happened a while ago, I decided to draw this to work through the situation for myself, but also because I regularly get messages from people asking about us as a couple.
Answering them was difficult, and keeping it quietly to myself felt heavy.

I will not answer any personal questions about the matter, I hope you understand.
I'd also like to ask for an important favour. Please do not contact him about this.
Thanks, it means a lot.

To all those who are/have gone through breakups: hang in there. Have a big hug from me. :iconsweethugplz:

You may share from my official sites (Facebook Tumblr) and as long as credit or a link back is given! Please do not repost on sites that make money off my work (9gag etc) When in doubt, just ask me! Thank you.

support me and my comics here.

Hey man, just went through pretty much the same thing, and this made me feel a lot better. It's good to know others can handle and have handled breakups in long term relationships. This is my first, so getting some perspective is good. Awesome art as always. :)

this is a beautiful way to show others your thanks. it also shows those that may go through a similar situation how to cope and also what is there for you. wish you the best :D

The worst part is that when you cry, you cry alone. I am there now, it's impossible to forget someone you gave the best 6 years of your life to, esp. since she is also on DeviantArt.

I hope you feel better soon. I am thankfully past that phase now and find it easier to move on. He's also on DA, and pretty famous as well, making it tough... but thankfully I still love his art.
Hang in there, it does get better. good, close friends can make a huge difference in recovering too.

Aw, we both fell for someone who's famous in here :/ That makes it all even harder, doesn't it? I still love her art too, especially since I watched her make most of it with my own eyes.
I'm not famous enough to get friends who would help me. But I will follow your example and work hard. There's not much left for me anyways. I would love to go to places to meet artists and fans in person but I have absolutely no idea how it works. It must be amazing for you when you meet such people. Makes life worth living.
Thanks for the reply! And btw, I was also one head taller than her, though I don't look so good :)

My brother went to a breakup because his girlfriend cheated on him. I see him cry a bit sometimes.
