Wait, Tyler knows latin? Oh and by the way, i really like your Tumbrl!! I drop by often and I find really interesting to see how your characters are developed (PS I know my question is random, but it just popped in my dumb mind and I'm curious )
he doesn't really know latin, but he looked up this one sentenced to have it tattoed. :3 Individualism is a very important thing to him (especially being very different himself) so he chose to have it on him at all times as a reminder.
Heh I figured individualism was important to him I like the concept and the reason for this tattoo. I appreciate the fact you made it so it's not just some void decoration for some aesthetics sake but a further overview on his personality!
well it pops up a lot that way when you google it too. I don't know much latin at all, so I can't really say much about this. :C (that's why I just took it over from the book, trusting the author didn't mess that up.)
Well apparently you can say it, but it sounds kind of weird to me. First of all, normal latin sentences are like, way too long.. xD And it would probably sound better to me if it said 'sum qui sum' because they rarely use 'ego' apart from when they want to focus on that fact. So 'Sum qui ego sum.' sounds even better in my eyes/ears. It doesn't really matter though, I guess. My teacher would probably beat us up if we said 'Ego sum qui ego sum.' though, so at least you didn't use that! xD
